The Kriniko Difference

Better Skin Quality, Built from Within

Mesotherapy works best as part of a considered skin plan. Dr Kris focuses on improving the health and quality of your skin over time, so results look fresh, natural and last longer.

Skin-first assessment

Your skin's hydration, texture, tone and laxity are assessed at consultation, so the formulation and injection depth are matched to you.

A structured course

Mesotherapy builds results gradually. A planned course of sessions, followed by maintenance, gives the most visible and longer-lasting improvement.

Complete skin strategy

For deeper lines or volume loss, Dr Kris can combine mesotherapy with Profhilo, polynucleotides, microneedling or anti-wrinkle injections.

Hydrating Facial Mesotherapy

Our most popular mesotherapy treatment for dull, dehydrated or stressed skin. A blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and antioxidants is delivered through fine micro-injections across the face, reviving hydration and radiance at a depth creams and serums can't reach.

Ideal as a regular skin-health treatment or in the weeks before a special occasion, facial mesotherapy leaves skin looking fresher, smoother and more luminous, with a natural glow rather than any change to your features.

Mesotherapy for Mature & Crepey Skin

With age, skin loses moisture, collagen and elasticity, leading to fine lines, crepiness and a thinner, more tired appearance. Rejuvenating mesotherapy formulations containing amino acids, peptides and hyaluronic acid help nourish the skin and support its natural renewal.

Treatment can be applied to the face, neck and décolletage, areas that often show the first signs of ageing. Over a course of sessions, skin typically looks firmer, better hydrated and more even in tone.

Mesotherapy with Microneedling

Mesotherapy can also be delivered with a medical-grade microneedling pen. Controlled micro-channels are created in the skin while the mesotherapy solution is applied, allowing active ingredients to be absorbed evenly across larger areas.

This combined approach suits men and women looking to improve texture, tone and the look of pores, and makes the most of the skin's natural repair response. Dr Kris will advise whether injection or pen delivery is best for your skin.

Your Treatment Journey

What to expect, step by step

Knowing what happens before, during and after your mesotherapy appointment helps you feel at ease and set realistic expectations.

01

Medical consultation

Dr Kris reviews your medical history, assesses your skin and discusses your goals. You'll receive a clear, personalised plan, including the recommended number of sessions, and time to consider it before going ahead.

02

The mesotherapy treatment

Your skin is cleansed and numbing cream applied for comfort. Your tailored formulation is then delivered with very fine micro-injections or a microneedling pen. Treatment usually takes 30–45 minutes.

03

Aftercare & your course

Small bumps, redness or pinpoint marks are normal and usually settle within 24–48 hours. Avoid makeup for 12 hours, and exercise, heat and alcohol for 24–48 hours. Further sessions follow at 2–4 week intervals.

Mesotherapy Results

Fresh, Hydrated, Radiant Skin

Many patients notice brighter, more hydrated skin within days of their first session. Results build over a course of typically three to six treatments and are maintained with top-up sessions every few months.

A brighter, more radiant complexion.

Smoother texture

Skin feels softer and more refined.

Softer fine lines

Early lines look less noticeable.

More even tone

A fresher, more uniform complexion.

How does mesotherapy work?
Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment in which tiny amounts of active ingredients are delivered into the superficial layers of the skin using very fine needles or a microneedling device. Formulations usually combine non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, which attracts and holds water, with vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants that support the skin's own renewal processes. Because the ingredients are placed directly where they are needed rather than applied to the surface, they can rehydrate the skin and help stimulate fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin. Unlike dermal fillers, mesotherapy does not add volume or change the shape of the face; instead, it improves skin quality, hydration and radiance over a course of treatments. Suitability is always confirmed at your medical consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Mesotherapy Questions, Answered

How many mesotherapy sessions will I need?
Most patients benefit from a course of three to six sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart, depending on their skin and goals. After the initial course, maintenance treatments every three to six months help sustain results. Dr Kris will recommend a plan that suits your skin.
Does mesotherapy hurt?
Most patients find mesotherapy very tolerable. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and the needles used are extremely fine. You may feel light pricking or pressure during treatment, but it is brief and well tolerated.
How long do mesotherapy results last?
Many people notice fresher, more hydrated skin within a few days of treatment, with the best results appearing after a full course. Results typically last several months, and regular maintenance sessions help keep your skin looking its best.
What are the side effects of mesotherapy?
Common side effects include redness, small raised bumps at the injection points, mild swelling and occasional bruising. These usually settle within 24 to 48 hours, although any bruising can take a few days longer to fade. Infection and allergic reactions are rare. Dr Kris explains all risks in full at your consultation and uses sterile, single-use equipment throughout.
Is there any downtime after mesotherapy?
Downtime is minimal, and most patients return to work the same or next day. We recommend avoiding makeup for around 12 hours, and strenuous exercise, saunas, alcohol and strong skincare actives for 24 to 48 hours after treatment.
What's the difference between mesotherapy, Profhilo and dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers add volume and structure to specific areas such as the lips, cheeks and jawline. Profhilo is a high-concentration hyaluronic acid injectable that hydrates and remodels the skin through a small number of injection points. Mesotherapy delivers a blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and other nutrients across the skin to improve hydration, radiance and texture. Dr Kris will advise which treatment, or combination, is right for you.
Who is not suitable for mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy is only offered to adults aged 18 and over. Treatment isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is active infection, inflamed acne or a cold sore in the treatment area, or for people with certain autoimmune or bleeding disorders or allergies to any of the ingredients. Some medications, including blood thinners, may affect suitability, so your full medical history is reviewed before any treatment is offered.
