  • Comply with all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.

Proof of age and identity may be requested before treatment.

3. Consultations

All injectable and medical aesthetic treatments require a consultation.

During the consultation:

  • Medical history will be reviewed.
  • Treatment suitability will be assessed.
  • Risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes will be discussed.
  • A treatment plan may be recommended.

A consultation does not guarantee treatment will be offered.

4. Medical Information

Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding:

  • Medical conditions
  • Previous procedures
  • Allergies
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
  • Medications
  • Recent illnesses
  • Any other relevant health information

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase treatment risks and may result in treatment being refused.

Kriniko Medical Aesthetics Ltd cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical information.

5. Clinical Decision-Making

Patient safety is our primary concern.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse treatment
  • Delay treatment
  • Modify treatment plans
  • Recommend alternative treatments
  • Refer clients to another healthcare professional

where this is considered clinically appropriate.

All clinical decisions are final.

6. Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments involve biological variability and individual healing responses.

Accordingly:

  • Results cannot be guaranteed.
  • Outcomes vary between individuals.
  • Treatment longevity varies.
  • Additional treatments may be required.
  • Maintenance treatments may be recommended.

Photographs, examples, testimonials, and previous results do not constitute guarantees of future outcomes.

7. Risks and Complications

All medical and aesthetic treatments carry risks.

Potential risks may include:

  • Bruising
  • Swelling
  • Redness
  • Infection
  • Allergic reactions
  • Asymmetry
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome
  • Vascular complications

Specific risks will be discussed before treatment.

By proceeding, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Consent

Written informed consent must be completed before treatment.

Consent:

  • Must be given voluntarily.

  • Does not guarantee suitability for treatment.

Where legally required, a mandatory cooling-off period may apply before treatment can proceed.

  • Monitoring outcomes

Photographs remain the property of Kriniko Medical Aesthetics Ltd as part of the clinical record.

Marketing use of photographs will only occur with separate written consent.
